Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Brandon Lancaster brings an extensive background in the oil and gas industry to N&P Services LLC. He has held executive positions at multiple midstream and trading companies, leading operations, logistics, and commercial teams across the energy value chain.
As Partner and COO, Brandon applies that operational depth to every shipment the company touches — building reliable supply, disciplined execution, and a customer experience rooted in Texas work ethic.

Eugene Hill Sr. brings a fighter's discipline and a coach's leadership to operations at N&P Services LLC. A former professional boxer and coach, he learned early that success comes from preparation, endurance, and the ability to guide a team under pressure.
As Partner and Vice President of Operations, Eugene oversees the systems and execution that keep every order moving — from inventory and logistics to on-time delivery. He applies the same focus and accountability that defined his athletic career to making sure N&P Services performs for every customer.
